It should be illegal for Gen-Y to drive anything but an automatic compact car. If you roll back into the car behind you, because you were giggling at the radio and don't understand how it happened, you
need to drive an automatic. Period. If you do it more than once, you have to take public transportation for 6 months, and retake your driving test.
